We invite you to come and learn about what God is doing at Compassion Coalition. Please join us for our Community Impact Fundraising Luncheon on October 5th at Cokesbury Center's Epworth Hall. We are so excited to gather and celebrate with you, our Compassion Coalition family!

Together we can overcome so many of the hardships our city faces. We believe it takes the whole family of God to embrace the whole faith of God; the power of the Gospel is in linking arms. And so, as a coalition, we engage people of faith to work with people of goodwill for the well-being of the city.

We work to bring together urban and suburban, Protestant and Catholic, mainline, and evangelical as well as Anglos and non-Anglos. We help Knoxville churches by informing them of needs in Knoxville; equipping them through training; connecting them to areas of need and empowering them to serve in our community. Whether you are a church, ministry, organization, or volunteer supporting the work of Compassion Coalition through time, talent, or treasure, you play a vital role.

Our goal is to have churches from all denominations bridging the gap and changing the face of poverty in our city. We are committed to moving beyond the walls of our church buildings to be the compassionate presence of Christ in the midst of the poverty, pain, and brokenness of our community.
