Test your pop-culture & architectural knowledge at [Knoxville] by Design’s public trivia night

On Tuesday, October 12, Knoxville locals are invited to attend trivia night at Central Flats and Taps. A competition on pop-culture and architectural knowledge offers the opportunity for the top three teams to win trophies created by Derek White of Bird on the Wire Studios. The Trivia Night is a [Knoxville] by Design (KBD) event, hosted by the East Tennessee Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Entry is $10 per person and proceeds will support the University of Tennessee Knoxville’s National Organization of Minority Architecture Students (NOMAS) chapter.

According to Richard-Allen Foster, KBD Chair and Past-President of AIA’s East Tennessee chapter, the event will “be lighthearted and engaging for anyone who comes.”

“A fun way to discuss architecture and a drink is the perfect way to end the day,” said Foster. “The proceeds being used will support the UTK NOMAS chapter, which is near and dear to our hearts.”

Where: Central Flats and Taps (1204 N Central St, Knoxville, TN)
