It's Mother's Day…bring Mom! Pack a picnic blanket (or lawn chair) and enjoy an afternoon of live hot jazz, dancing, flow arts, live art, and international cuisine. Spinners, jugglers, and dancers welcome. Bring a picnic if you like (coolers and outside alcohol not allowed; beer available on site). Cigano Swing will play at 4:55 PM. SWINGBOOTY hits the stage at 6:30 PM. Yoga Flow by Abbi Bentley at 6:10. $10 at door.
Doors open at 4:30pm. The Ijams beer garden and concession area will be open for the event.
4:55 PM - 6:05 PM
Cigano Swing - From Orlando, Florida ...a high energy trio playing the infectious rhythms of Manouche jazz. Dueling guitars and a nasty bass.
6:10 PM - 6:30 PM
Yoga session with Abbi Bentley - A 20 minute session open to all levels. A great pre-stretch before all that dancing!
6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
SWINGBOOTY - Get ready for an electrifying night as Swingbooty brings gypsy swing to Jazz at Ijams, featuring the soulful Jeanine Fuller! Expect sizzling rhythms, heartfelt vocals, and an unforgettable outdoor jazz experience.
