A University of Tennessee (UT) graduate, Dagan is retired from the UT Institute of Agriculture where he was employed as an artist for 37 years. He now devotes full time to painting oils and watercolors. He began exhibiting his work in 1970, has held seven one-man art shows and has participated in numerous national, state and regional art shows.
