2009-2010 Moxley Carmichael Masterworks series: October's Masterworks concert features an all-orchestral program focused on stories told through music. The orchestra will provide super titles detailing the story's progress projected above the proscenium to help the audience follow along. The concert will open with Richman's An Overture to Blanche, derived from incidental music that he wrote for a production of Tennessee Williams' A Streetcar Named Desire.
