The long, hot days of summer are coming to an end which means Friends & Farmers, our free annual appreciation party, is almost here!
Sunday, October 20, 2024, 3:30 - 6:30 PM at Strong Stock Farm.
Friends & Farmers is a free, family-friendly celebration and our favorite way to say “thank you” to our community of supporters. This exclusive party is the perfect way to spend an autumn evening celebrating local food and rubbing elbows with the folks who make it all happen.
There will be scenic views of the rolling hills & surrounding farmland of Strong Stock Farm, live music from the toe-tappin’ Tennessee Sheiks, food from Friends & Farmers newcomer, Chef Ben Willis-Becker, seasonal cocktails and mocktails and craft beer from Schulz Brau Brewing Company, sweet treats from Nolan Sherrill of Central Creamery,
horse-drawn wagon rides and a cakewalk led by Patrick Hollis of the Mabry-Hazen House Museum.
For an invitation, donate at the Steward Level or above ($150 annually or $12.50 monthly) or set up a recurring donation by Oct 13, volunteer 10+ hours with us by Oct 16 or become a sponsor of one of our impactful and highly attended events or programs.
