Art Guild of Tellico Village: Art Show

The 2025 Art Show of the Art Guild of Tellico Village will take place on April 25, 26 and 27. Presented at the Community Church at Tellico Village in Loudon TN, this acclaimed display showcases more than 250 pieces of art, highlighting the exceptional and varied creativity of Art Guild members.
"Art enthusiasts from all over East Tennessee fiock to this professional-level exhibition, and it is a favorite community event in Tellico Village," says show chairperson and guild president Donna Hart. "The Art Guild is proud of this opportunity to publicly show the abundant talents from its 200+ members."
For over 20 years, this Art Show has showcased a wide variety of subjects, styles and media, in both 2-and 3- dimensional artworks. Watercolor, oil, acrylic, pastel, inks, graphite, colored pencil, scratchboard, photography, gourds, wood carving, jewelry, ceramics, fiber art, sculpture, weavings, fused glass, stained glass, collage and mixed media will featured again this year. Much of the artwork will be for sale.
Throughout the 3-day event, guests are invited to watch demonstrations and learn from "Artists at Work." Many talented Art Guild member artists will be sharing their inspirations, techniques, tips, and materials in various art mediums. The public is invited to vote for the "Peoples' Choice Award." Dr. Carl Gombert, award-winning artist and distinguished art professor at Maryville College, will serve as juror to select three Awards of Excellence, for 2-Dimensional Art, 3-Dimensional Art, and Photography. Jerry's Artarama of Knoxville, which sells an extensive selection of fine art supplies, will award gift certificates to the chosen winners. Visitors will also be treated to a continuous variety of live music each day of the show.
The 2025 Art Show takes place April 25-27, on Friday 10-6, Saturday 10-5, and Sunday 11-4. The public is invited to the Opening Reception on Friday from 4-6pm, when many exhibiting artists will be on site to meet and greet visitors.
