Marble City Opera at IceBears
Category: Festivals, special events and Fundraisers
December 17th at 7:30pm
Marble City Opera joins forces with the Knoxville Ice Bears! Our Executive Artistic Director, Kathryn Frady, will sing the national anthem before the game against the Macon Mayhem. Then we’ll be the beneficiaries of the “Chuck a Puck” fundraiser!
Here’s how it works:
Our volunteers will sell special hockey pucks in the lobby before and during the early part of the game. Then during the 2nd intermission you get to “Chuck” your puck onto the ice for a chance to win prizes and special offers. MCO gets 15% of every puck. Also, that night is the first-ever Ice Bear Santa-Con, so attendees are encouraged to wear their favorite holiday costumes to the game!
It’s going to be a FUN night and a great way to support both the Ice Bears and MCO.
