October’s community partner is the Neighbor to Neighbor Disaster Relief Fund. The fund, facilitated by the East Tennessee Foundation, provides strategic grants to support nonprofits and agencies exclusively aiding East Tennessee and the region’s recovery amid the devastating impacts of Hurricane Helene. Intending to support immediate needs and long-term recovery, donations to the Neighbor to Neighbor Disaster Relief Fund assist in places where costs are the greatest and private funding is the least available.
