Smoky Mountain Blues Society: Deuce ‘n a Quarter

On Sunday, March 23rd, the Smoky Mountain Blues Society and Bluetick Tavern will be pleased to present Deuce ‘n a Quarter. Tickets cost $20 for SMBS members and $25 for the general public. Doors open at 4 pm and the performance will run from 5 pm – 8 pm. Bluetick Tavern has a wonderful selection of food, beer, and liquor available to purchase and is located on 128 W Broadway Ave, Maryville, TN 37801
Deuce ‘n a Quarter is an award-winning band that has made quite an impression in the blues scene! As 2023 International Blues Challenge finalists, they have gained recognition amongst top blues acts and have earned themselves the title of one of the current notable bands. In addition, front-man Brian Peters was awarded the Lee Oskar Best Harmonica Player award in the 2023 International Blues Challenge. Original music is their forte and their sound has something for everyone, regardless of whether you prefer traditional blues or something more modern and upbeat. This is one band that should not be missed. Fans will tell you that seeing this act live is something special!

Casey Field is a portrait and figurative artist who lives and works in Knoxville, Tennessee. Her work blends contemporary sensibilities with classical techniques. She will be presenting the vibrancy of her studio walls to Awaken Coffee with a mixture of color studies and drawings alongside more fully refined paintings.
