Calendar of Events

The Retropolitan Craft Fair has been bringing indie-craft markets to the Knoxville area twice a year since 2014. The goal of the fair is to provide independent makers with a space to sell their quality and unique goods to the community. Each vendor is chosen exclusively after a juried event and are curated based on one-of- a-kind products, creativity and retropolitan swagger.

Knoxville Handel Society, a multi-generational community choir, will present The Magnificat by J. S. Bach and Messiah Part I by G. F. Handel. Cathedral of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus provides the ideal sacred space for these premier choral masterpieces.

The Knoxville Handel Society, under the direction of Dr. Wendell Boertje, is dedicated to the performance of classical masterworks through collaboration with the finest choral musicians in the Knoxville Metropolitan area.

Well, the Packers game got flexed to a 8:25 pm kickoff but we are still having a fish fry at 3:30 pm. *;25 is just too late. The Patriots take on the Cowboys at 4:25 on Sunday so we are changing it from a Packers tailgate party to a Cowboys Suck Party or a Patriots Fish fry. (Nathan is a Patriots fan so we're gonna give him this one} We will have the Patriots vs Cowboys game on all 3 tv's plus one set up on the outside patio.

Not sure what a Wisconsin Fish Fry is? All over Wisconsin, small town taverns, old school supper clubs, brewery beer halls, churches and centuries-old historic joints – all serve up the most iconic of Wisconsin meals – the Fish Fry. The menu consists of beer batter fried fish with tartar sauce, German-style potato pancakes with sour cream, coleslaw, and rye bread.

This is a ticketed event. You don't need a ticket to come watch the game but you do need one if ya want the Fish Fry. Service for the fish fry will start at approximately 3:30 PM. The cost for the fish fry is $10 per person and it is all you can eat. If you have any questions just shoot us a message or phone call.

We are thrilled to have the UT Chamber Orchestra perform with us for our 2 featured performances this year!

SCROOGE IN ROUGE by Graham, Roberson, Hargis and Turner

WHAT THE DICKENS? A Christmas Carol like you’ve never seen before! Scrooge in Rouge is definitely not your average treacly holiday show...think more like Monty Python meets Benny Hill. This quick-change, cross-dressing version of the Charles Dickens classic is set in a Victorian music hall. The Royal Music Hall Twenty-Member Variety Players are beset with a widespread case of food poisoning. This leaves only three surviving members to soldier on through a performance of A Christmas Carol. The undaunted trio gamely face missed cues, ill-fitting costumes, and solving the problem of having no one to play Tiny Tim. Done in the style of British Music Hall, Scrooge in Rouge abounds in bad puns, witty songs, bawdy malapropisms, and naughty double-entendres. A raucous holiday treat! The show is directed by Flying Anvil artistic director Jayne Morgan, with musical direction by Paul Jones. Rounding out the cast are Jessica Magers-Rankin, Jacques DuRand, and Andrew Carlile.
