Join the Historic House Museums of Knoxville on Thursday, October 3, 2024, from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. for our Founder's Day Bash, a celebration in honor of our great city's 233rd birthday! The celebration will be located in the fabulous Mabry-Hazen House. It will be a FREE event and open to the public to attend! Help us wish Knoxville a happy birthday with an evening of fun, food, drinks, desserts, and history! Test your knowledge of how we went from James White establishing his homestead to today’s Scruffy City. From the Civil War to the World’s Fair, we’ve gathered our favorite trivia about our home city with the top 3 winners taking home prizes. Donations are happily accepted with all proceeds benefiting Historic House Museums of Knoxville!
Event attendees can also purchase PastPorts - Your Key to Knoxville History, organizational memberships, and more during this event.
Drop in anytime during the event, no RSVP required.
